La Bicicleta
La
Bicicleta is a premier provider of off-the-shelf and
custom-build road cycles including Scott, Cannondale,
Cervelo, Cinelli,
Fixie, Kinesis and Serotta. They aim to cater for all
athletes, from
novice to elite, and to provide the very best products and services
available.
Alex at La Bicicleta is a keen cyclist, triathlete, and runner and strives to put himself in his customers shoes, selling only products that he would be happy to purchase himself. He aims to offer the most appropriate advice hoping you will go away happy with your purchase and come back and see him time and again.
Kim Baxter and Associates works in partnership with La Bicicleta to provide a specialist Bike Setup Clinic to help ensure many long happy days of cycling. Of course we'd like to say 'pain free' cycling but we realise that 'free from unecessary pain' might be the best we can offer.

Kim Baxter has a long association
with the
British Orienteering performance program. She competed in her first
international in 1992 at the age of 16 and was a member of the Junior
and then Senior teams until her retirement in 2004, achieving a best
placing of 4th in the World Championship relays in 1999. She still runs
and
orienteers regularly and has helped South Yorkshire Orienteers to many
national titles.
As the Lead Physiotherapist and Medical Officer for the British Orienteering program Kim is responsible for the long term injury prevention strategy as well as ensuring athletes around the country have access to regular physiotherapy treatment at approved practices. All squad athletes have full biomechanical assessments which feed into customised strength programmes for each athlete.
